A Revolutionary Recovery System

  • Over 95% Recovery rate down to 300 mesh fine or 50 Microns.
  • Advanced reverse spiral system for non-stop continuous processing, giving you the ability to calculate your gold values while you’re operating.
  • Continuous concentrations during production result in almost pure gold at the end of each production cycle, eliminating the need to purchase an expensive gold room to clean up your concentrate.
  • Advanced Sluice Box Design, consisting of different sizes of Expanded Metal, Hungarian Angle Iron Riffles and Water Pressured Hydraulic Riffles, designed to catch all sizes of gold from fine to coarse.

  • High capacity wet hopper with vibrating grizzly.
  • High-speed trommel with high throughput and advanced scrubbing.
  • Urethane liners throughout for extended life of major components.
  • A complete portable system, easy to set up, simple to operate, and easy to move, unlike modular systems.
  • Operates on significantly less water than any other system on the market today.
  • Lower operating costs.
  • Over 25 years of in the field research and development, designed and built by gold miners for gold miners.

Ray Brosseuk began designing The Gold Machine in 1986 while mining in south-central British Columbia.

As every miner knows, the biggest frustration encountered when Gold Mining is the loss of fine gold, but the Gold Machine drastically reduces those losses.

Driven by the desire to catch more gold in all fraction sizes and to make mining more efficient, lower-risk, and profitable in even the leanest ground, Ray has worked for over thirty years to build the best machine possible.

Ray Brosseuk began designing The Gold Machine in 1986 while mining in south-central British Columbia.

As every miner knows, the biggest frustration encountered when sluicing is the “uncatchable” gold; there will always be gold you lose.

Driven by a desire to catch the “uncatchable” and to make mining more efficient, lower-risk, and profitable in even the leanest ground, Ray has worked his nuggets off for almost thirty years to perfect this system.
